US Club Soccer's Board of Directors (BOD) approved revisions to the bylaws on January 20, 2021.
Primarily, the revisions were made to Article IX (Board of Directors) to clarify and revise language regarding eligibility for the Board of Directors.
A few minor "housekeeping" revisions were also made to Articles I and III.
