Our Mission

To elevate the value of training and Player Development. Our mission is to place a greater emphasis on high-quality training, intentional coaching, and the overall player experience. We believe youth soccer should be about more than practices and games.

Different by design

CDA was created to change the landscape of girls youth soccer in the greater Charlotte area and beyond. We want players and families to feel they are part of something different: a program with a clear purpose, high standards, and a genuine commitment to long-term player development.

Club Standards

At the center of CDA is the quality of our coaching. Our coaches are committed to challenging players while giving them the tools, feedback, and encouragement they need to improve. The goal is to create an environment where players are pushed to reach a higher level, but also feel valued, supported, and excited to keep growing.
